We may manufacture in a facility now, but it started in the same way, with our kids underfoot, and a belief that food made with intention simply tastes better. Brandon and Stepfanie Barnes started Scorch & Stone Craft Lab in Hanover, PA the way most good things start - out of passion, not a business plan. We wanted bold flavor-forward sauces that brought something real to the table.No fillers. No shortcuts. No compromise on taste.
